TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

The Transaction Coordinator is a Licensed Real Estate professional that manages all of the details and deadlines involved in a real estate transaction. You will leverage your in-depth experience to assist with a variety of responsibilities including the management of listings and implementing the closing process from the time of contract to close, client updates, negotiations, contact management, constant communication with clients and service providers to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction.​

BUYER SPECIALIST

In this role, you’ll work to assist individuals find their next dream home.


As a buyer representative specialist on the MOVEMETOTX team, you will work buyers and leads generated by our Team Leaders. You'll also work to acquire customers through leads, calls, and prospecting. 

We're looking for community-focused team members ready to set the tone for our clients with a culture and climate of acceptance, positivity and willingness to assist. We value responsive, dedicated, collaborative, and punctual individuals. 

 

Candidates must hold a current Texas Real Estate License. 

Commission based position with training, mentorship, and coaching provided.

CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a part time position that will eventually increase to full time administrative help. We need a personal assistant that is qualified to perform all areas of marketing & administrative support, as well as learn real estate specific duties. If you are an efficient person who is looking for a long-term career position, that is both stable and fulfilling, we look forward to talking to you!

Must be organized, have good communication skills on the phone and in-person and proficient in Microsoft Office programs (such as Word, Excel and Publisher), and Social Media (Facebook Pages, Instagram, Wordpress, YouTube).
