NIKKI GRAHAM
I grew up in Florida and moved to Texas in 2016. The magnetic energy and pride of Texans (and of course the food) are some of the many reasons I found a home in Houston. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Forensics, and I went on to become a High School teacher of biology, forensics and other science disciplines for 6 years. My value and understanding of education helps me serve my clients and continue to grow in the real estate profession.
It is my belief that a Realtor should not only study the market, but, more importantly, know how to educate home buyers and sellers. I educate my clients on market activity, the differences between neighborhoods, and the overall transaction process. My education background gives me an edge , so I can easily communicate with clients on current market conditions and predictions. This helps my clients make the best decision when finding a new home. It is always my goal to make clients feel comfortable, but also ensure they understand every step of the transaction. I am always by client’s side - from choosing a lender to touring homes to closing, moving, and setting up utilities. .
I engulf myself in Real Estate, but I also love taking an active role in the community. I am the Teacher Supply Grant Director for Texas Charity Partners, and I also volunteer with Houston Parks Board by serving as a member on their Rising Leaders board.
I love to explore restaurants, breweries, and anywhere with a great outside patio. You will usually find me and my Australian Shepard, Koda, out exploring Houston’s best spots. I have found a home in Houston, and I am enthusiastic about helping others do the same!
