The Houston market needs more than just an agent

My fiancé and I were lucky enough to have a great realtor in Laurie who helped us so much with our first time buying a home. Laurie was so patient and never stopped trying to find the perfect fit for us. We ended up going through a few different offers before settling, and during each offer process she did an excellent job representing us to the sellers. She also was great at letting us know whatever red flags there may be with any houses we looked at. Definitely recommend their realty team as a whole for your Houston home buying needs.

Amazing team! Very efficient, patient, knowledgeable in the field and made our selling and buying experience smooth. Forever thankful to their agent David for his tenacity during our buying process. Although challenges arose during our process which was out of our control, David worked through it to allow for the end result of our new home! Ryan helped me find my condo in Houston and made it very easy for me to understand the purchasing process. I asked a ton of questions and Ryan was very attentive to respond either by text, email or with a call; even during off hours. What I really appreciated about Ryan was his advice and recommendations when negotiating with the seller. He provided a very good balance between getting me a good deal and helping me understand what tradeoffs were small to make to keep me focused on closing the deal. As this was my first purchase, I wanted to negotiate every little thing. Overall, Ryan will be a great person to partner with that will keep his work professional but make the purchasing process personable and exciting.
