Buying a new home is way different than buying a older home. It was a little frustrating at first but Sandra really came through! She was really knowledgeable and helped from every angle! He provided a very good balance between getting me a good deal and helping me understand what tradeoffs were small to make to keep me focused on closing the deal. As this was my first purchase, I wanted to negotiate every little thing. Ryan is a clear and professional realtor who had the task of selling my condo. When I initially met with him, he had his research done on my property and had an immediate plan of action. He was also able to listen to my specific vision and needs as a seller and made sure they were met. The condo was marketed beautifully through videos/photos on social media and property search websites. Ryan is a transparent communicator and was a responsive liaison between me and the buyer.
